Paediatric First Aid
Learn how to deal with First Aid emergencies specific to children. This course satisfies the guidelines and criteria as laid down by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and OFSTED.
In order to obtain this qualification, you must attend both days and complete the two units of accreditation.

Entry Requirements
A basic level of literacy and numeracy is advised. You must be able to kneel on the ground in order to perform the CPR technique required on the course.Please bring pens and paper. Wear comfortable clothing during the course.

Assessment Details
You'll be assessed through questions your tutor will ask you during the course. At the end of the course, you'll sit a multiple choice assessment which lasts 30 minutes. Throughout the course, you'll need to demonstrate practical application of the skills and techniques you've learned in each unit. If you pass the course, you'll receive a certificate and wallet-sized card with your qualification which will last three years.
